Job summary

Closets By Design Central Michigan is seeking an Install Apprentice to work with Lead Technicians installing custom closets, home offices, garage systems in customers' homes.

No degree or prior experience required; training is provided, with a clear path to becoming a Lead Installer and potential earnings up to $40/hour. Monday–Friday schedule, tools supplied.

Open to motivated individuals who like hands-on work and learning new skills; driving record and insurance required.

Qualifications

• No degree, certifications, or prior experience required.
• Comfortable using a drill and measuring tape and enjoy hands-on home projects.
• Willing to participate in paid training to become a Lead Installer.

Responsibilities

• Install Closets by Design products in customers' homes.
• Learn under Lead Technicians and progress to Installer within weeks.
• Maintain safety and quality during installations.
• Attend training and follow company procedures.
