Closets By Design Jacksonville is seeking an Installation Assistant to support installers in designing, manufacturing, and installing custom home organizing systems in clients' homes. This entry-level role offers hands-on training to become a lead installer with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with experienced installers, learn installation best practices, and contribute to delivering high-quality results while upholding company standards and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Measure and cut materials to project specs.
• Familiar with basic hand tools, machinery and power tools.
• Able to lift and move materials safely.
• Strong organization and time management with attention to detail.
• Prior closet/garage/office installation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced Installers with installation tasks.
• Ensure projects are completed safely and to high quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients for excellent service.
• Maintain professionalism and friendliness during installation.
• Operate company vehicles following safety protocols and keep driving record clean.
