Job summary

Skyhawks Sports - Treasure Valley is seeking an Instagram Growth Specialist Intern who will own our Instagram presence for Treasure Valley families. This 100% Instagram-focused internship lets you plan Reels, stories, and a posting calendar while engaging with local schools and family accounts.

You should be enrolled in a college program, understand Instagram growth mechanics, and be able to commit 6–12 hours per week. Local Treasure Valley preferred, remote considered.

• Enrolled in a college program; college credit preferred.
• Deep understanding of Instagram growth mechanics beyond basic posting.
• Can demonstrate a prior growth of a page with measurable results.
• Able to commit 6–12 hours per week.
• Local Treasure Valley ties preferred; remote considered.

Responsibilities

• Own the Instagram presence for Skyhawks Treasure Valley.
• Plan and publish Reels, carousels, and stories weekly.
• Build a content calendar around camps, classes, and leagues.
• Engage daily with local Treasure Valley accounts (schools, parenting pages, family businesses).
• Track performance metrics and iterate weekly on what works.
• Coordinate with videographers to turn field footage into engaging Reels.
• Contribute creative voice to campaigns and program launches.
• Collaborate with team to request footage for reels and events.
