Job description

Summary:

In this role, you will support sales prospecting, sales processes, and customer success at Inspirity. You will identify and follow-up on sales leads, maintaining CRM data, and engaging with potential customers by tracking sales progress, coordinating sales sessions, and ensuring complete data capture. You will focus on customer success by providing support through implementation, assisting internal teams in program development, and conducting business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales force with appropriate sales leads based on established qualifications, while working collaboratively to learn from successful members to improve those qualifications.

  • Follow-up with provider leadership on greenspace reach-outs by Inspirity executives.

  • Complete building and perfect Inspirity CRM.

  • Stay in regular contact with potential members and share developments at Inspirity with them.

  • Assist in staying in regular touch with established referral sources.

  • Assist in internal prospecting.

  • Meet with potential customers as-needed, as defined by SVP of Sales.

  • Actively monitor and track follow-ups for interested parties.

  • Track with Inspirity and customers to make certain sales process is complete and customer feels valued and in-touch.

  • Coordinate Deep Dive sales sessions with customers.

  • Make certain all data is captured, summarized, circulated and loaded into the CRM from onsite assessments and sales meetings.

  • Track which key personas within the sale have received messaging to assure complete understanding of the offering.

  • Assist in tailoring and writing proposals for potential clients.

  • Provide relevant information from the CRM with regard to success factors, closing ratios, and pipeline progress.

  • Track with the customer through the sales process, providing a long and stable bridge into the implementation and early-stage run states.

  • Provide internal consulting to Inspirity departments to assist in development, programization,' and rollout of solutions.

  • Assist with the development and deployment of regular, customer-focused, business reviews.

  • Assist in continuing Inspirity's CRM into the Implementation and Run-State processes.

  • Consult with Inspirity departments on successful adoption of Inspirity offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 7 or more years required. Experience in Healthcare Supply Chain, and/or with time in the IDN/hospital setting preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience in Sales and Service, with a solid history of providing exceptional customer experience.

  • Experience in driving significant value with key provider leadership a plus.

  • Experience with a holistic supply chain solution and/or a group purchasing aggregation group a plus.

  • Knowledge of source-2-pay solutions a plus, and an understanding of the complex source-2-pay environment.

  • Experience and willingness to work in a "many-badges-one-team" fluid environment, where success must be driven across a broad number of supply chain contracting and operations solutions.

  • Eagerness to learn and comprehend a broad, complex supply chain solution.

  • Ability to thrive in a growth mindset environment.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
