The candidate should bring a current group exercise certification, CPR/AED, and YogaFit Level 1 with a 200-hour certification preferred. Exos emphasizes holistic readiness and inclusive workplaces.

Qualifications

• Requires current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA/ACE/ACSM/NETA).
• CPR/AED certification mandatory; First Aid preferred.
• Minimum YogaFit Level 1; complete 200-hour yoga certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and results-driven yoga classes with a safe, enjoyable experience for all.
• Develop and deliver routines for varied fitness levels and abilities.
• Provide personalized support and modifications as needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that motivates members to reach goals.
• Stay updated with yoga industry trends and best practices.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
