Job summary

Responsibilities

• Teach students art concepts, techniques, media, and processes including drawing, painting, design, sculpture, and other visual art forms.
• Develop lesson plans that encourage creativity, problem‑solving, self‑expression, and appreciation of art.
• Assess student progress and maintain records of performance.
• Communicate student progress to parents/guardians as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support schoolwide instructional goals.
