Responsibilities

• Develops lesson plans and manages learning experiences to meet group and individual needs.
• Evaluates student performance and provides guidance to support welfare and educational development.
• Participates in planning and evaluating school programs and curriculum development.
• Provides maximum learning opportunities for each student.
• Conducts parent conferences and meetings with staff, parents and students.
• Utilizes community and district resources to enhance learning and teacher effectiveness.
• Maintains current records and uses data to improve program effectiveness.
• Ensures proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies.
