Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect instructional support in a positive environment.
• Use strategies to develop sensory, language, cognition, and memory skills.
• Instruct with phonetics, multi-sensory learning, and repetition to meet student needs.
• Teach to IEP goals and apply positive behavioral support.
• Differentiate instruction and modify curricula for students with disabilities.
• Develop accommodations for access to the general curriculum.
• Maintain logs and reports including SWD eligibility and progress monitoring.
• Communicate with parents and professionals to support student growth.
