Atlantis Academy is seeking a Special Education Teacher in West Palm Beach, FL to lead instruction for K-12 students with IEPs. You will design personalized lessons, deliver differentiated instruction, and create schedules aligned to state standards.

Ideal candidates hold a education degree with an ESE credential and demonstrate PBIS implementation, collaboration with families, and proficiency with educational tech and curriculum resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• FL state ESE credential preferred or in process.
• Ability to obtain crisis management training certification.
• Experience with curriculum development and differentiation.
• K-12 teaching experience; special education preferred.
• Knowledge of IEPs and related services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with educational software and instructional technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional process for K-12 students with IEPs.
• Design personalized lessons aligned to standards.
• Deliver differentiated instruction in single or co-teaching settings.
• Create detailed lesson plans and schedules.
• Support PBIS implementation and positive classroom climate.
• Track progress and maintain student records and reports.
• Collaborate with parents, staff and administrators.
