Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited university.

• Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Present subject matter in accordance with TEA guidelines and policies.
• Use appropriate instructional strategies and materials to meet student needs.
• Assess student learning and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula per IEPs.
• Plan and supervise assignments for aides and volunteers.
• Incorporate technology to strengthen teaching and learning.
