Job summary

Cadence Education in Andover, MA is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support daily classroom operations and implement Cadence Education programs. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment and foster children’s development, including those with IEPs.

Under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher, you will maintain routines, support curriculum delivery, and build positive relationships with children and families while ensuring licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety procedures and health protocols.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
• English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet children and families and establish welcoming relationships.
• Support curriculum delivery and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Follow safety and supervision policies and document incidents.
