Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience is preferred or six months of professional teaching experience is required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree is preferred or High school diploma/GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress through apps and personal discussions.
