Unitek Learning is seeking a Practical Nursing Instructor for Part Time Days or Evenings/Weekends on its campus in Idaho Falls. The role requires active RN licensure in the state of teaching and at least 3 years of bedside nursing experience.

The position supports teaching with adult-learning strategies and clinical supervision. Responsibilities include managing attendance, grades, program planning, orienting new faculty, maintaining student records, and ensuring clinical experiences meet safety

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current licensure in the state you will teach.
• Minimum 3 years bedside RN experience (RN/BSN).
• Experience in teaching or nursing education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and grades and submit them.
• Plan and assess instructional initiatives to ensure program quality.
• Orient new faculty for theory and clinical facilities.
• Apply adult learning principles in instruction and evaluations.
• Maintain student records and assist with program data collection.
• Supervise student clinical experiences and evaluate learning outcomes.
• Ensure clinical assignments meet student and facility needs.
