• Assess developmental, cognitive and social needs and provide developmentally appropriate instruction.
• Create safe, respectful, engaging lessons and inclusive learning environments.
• Collaborate and communicate with families to support learning and involve community resources.
• Align with district improvement goals and school/site goals.
• Assess instructional effectiveness through PDP and participate in ongoing professional development.
