Responsibilities include coordinating with staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety during activities. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and preferred experience with children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience working with children.
• Ability to organize and supervise a total sports program.
• Knowledge of sport fundamentals and willingness to learn new theories.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach and provide support as needed.
• Understand and apply system, state and league regulations; interpret for staff.
• Maintain proper communications through appropriate channels; attend meetings.
• Prepare for events and practices; coordinate with maintenance and staff.
• Maintain communication with student-athletes, parents, administrators, and Head Coach.
• Safeguard equipment and oversee inventory and upkeep of athletic supplies.
• Assist with cleanliness and organization of facilities and equipment."
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
• Support student-athletes with training rules and regulatory compliance.
