Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and valid teaching certification.
• Minimum of one to three years of successful teaching experience (may include Student Teaching Internship).
• Excellent instructional delivery techniques and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with teachers, students, parents, and the community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a program of instruction aligned with the company's philosophy, goals, and objectives.
• Develop lesson plans and use differentiated instruction to maximize learning.
• Present subject matter with real-world, application-based examples.
• Review student records to understand abilities and needs; maintain accurate records.
• Prepare students for state required achievement assessments.
• Communicate with parents and staff; participate in curriculum planning and meetings.
