• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of and commitment to company values and effective instructional delivery techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements a program of instruction that adheres to CSUSA philosophy, goals, and objectives.
• Develops purposeful and effective lesson plans with differentiated approaches.
• Presents material and uses real-world, application-based examples to maximize learning.
• Maintains accurate student records and tracks progress for reporting and communication.
• Prepares students for state-required achievement assessments and maintains classroom management.
