Qualifications

• Experience as a Spanish teacher.
• Fluency in the Spanish language.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging and effective lessons.
• Ensure religion lessons align with Archdiocese of Boston Catholic Schools Office and USCCB curricula.
• Use formative and summative assessments (e.g., NWEA MAP) to gauge mastery.
• Understand and support the unique strengths and needs of each student.
• Use FACTS SIS for attendance, grading, and communication.
• Communicate with parents regarding progress.
• Collaborate with middle school team, academic coaches, student support, and leadership.
• Advance the school's mission through faculty committee participation.
• Support faith formation of students and accompany them in faith formation experiences.
• Create a safe and joyful learning environment.
• Contribute to a positive, welcoming culture.
