Responsibilities

• Collaborate with grade-level team to develop and implement goals and curriculum.
• Design developmentally appropriate, multi-sensory lesson plans.
• Post weekly lesson plans and submit lesson plans to administration each Friday.
• Maintain a neat, organized classroom and ensure student safety.
• Promote positive behavior and manage classroom dynamics.
• Utilize assessments and analyze progress to inform instruction; recordkeeping.
• Regularly update parents on student progress; conduct conferences as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and school events; uphold confidentiality and professionalism.
