• Partner with families to support student academic and personal growth.
• Use interim assessment data to guide instruction and interventions.
• Implement unit and lesson plans with grade/subject teams.
• Model Achievement First values in all interactions with students and families.
• Collaborate with coaches and team to improve instructional practices.
• Participate in professional development and data analysis meetings.
