Springfield Public Schools seeks educators for the Springfield Empowerment Zone Partnership to deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction and promote a sense of belonging in middle/high school settings. You will collaborate with teachers, engage families, and participate in professional learning communities to support student growth and educator development.

The role emphasizes data-driven instruction, coaching, and hosting resident teachers while contributing to a culture of adult learning

Competenze

• Experience teaching at middle or high school level.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; MA licensure in History/Social Science or eligible for waiver.
