Qualifications

• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
• Ability to assist organizing and supervising a total sports program under the direction of the head coach.
• Knowledge of the technical aspects of baseball and willingness to adopt new coaching methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach with scheduling all practices and workouts.
• Supervise student conduct at practices and games.
• Ensure students meet eligibility and transfer requirements.
• Assist with equipment accountability and replacement costs.
• Monitor equipment rooms and coaches' offices and control access.
• Inspect locker rooms before and after practices and games.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of sport equipment.
• Ensure doors, lights and locks are secured when leaving.
• Instill respect for equipment and school property.
• Support public relations with media, booster clubs, parents, officials and fans.
• Attend meetings as requested by the athletic director.
