• Ability to work cooperatively with parents, school districts and agencies in providing services to students.
• Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the position.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements a program of instruction that adheres to district goals and objectives.
• Creates lesson plans and employs effective teaching strategies to maximize time on task.
• Plans and prescribes assignments for paraprofessionals and volunteers.
• Maintains classroom environment conducive to learning and effective student assessment.
• Communicates progress through reports and maintains professional ethics.
