Grace Church School in New York City seeks a nurturing and collaborative Head Teacher leave replacement for the Junior Kindergarten (4/5s) for the 2026-2027 school year, starting December 7. The role reports to the Director of Early Childhood and requires partnering with families to support each child’s growth.

The successful candidate will uphold established routines, work with a JK Associate Teacher, and bring strong classroom management and antiracist pedagogy to a joyful, inclusive learning

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years experience teaching early childhood/elementary school children (preferred).
• Experience implementing antiracist pedagogy into curriculum.
• Experience teaching Bridges Math and CKLA Literacy is preferred.
