Responsibilities

• Maintains dedicated professionalism in instructing students, shares knowledge, and inspires them to reach their full potential.
• Demonstrates a leadership role for developing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating curriculum and the selection of instructional resources.
• Knowledgeable in the latest developments and trends in Science for implementing researched-based instructional practices.
• Implements a comprehensive assessment system to monitor student achievement and guide instruction.
• Maintains and communicates standards of pupil behavior and classroom management for a safe learning environment.
• Coordinates and moves students within the school for safety and order.
• Maintains and reports pupil accounting, student achievement and inventory data and district resources.
• Uses district/school technology and equipment to improve communications and instructional resources.
