Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education OR CDA credential OR enrolled in a program to complete within one year.
• Knowledge of early childhood education theory and practices including child development and routines.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally; first aid/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement educational curriculum under supervision, in HS/EHS classrooms.
• Assist in developing and documenting an early childhood curriculum.
• Assist in assessing developmental needs and tracking progress for children.
• Assist in screenings, referrals, and engaging families in planning.
