Job summary

BFit Gyms in Denver invites applications for a Group X Coach who creates an inviting, inspiring group exercise experience by delivering pre-choreographed or freestyle programs to members and guests, in person or via virtual technology.

You will coach sessions, help participants stay safe and motivated, aim for at least 2 classes per week, recruit new members, arrange substitutes, and help maintain a clean, friendly club environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold current approved group exercise certification for taught format.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous group exercise instruction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions to a variety of members.
• Present sessions to welcome, encourage and challenge participants.
• Ensure sessions are safe and high quality by teaching proper techniques and guidelines.
• Increase attendance by engaging and motivating members.
• Find appropriate substitutes for group sessions and maintain an active social media presence to attract participants.
