Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to join our nationwide network of early childhood education centers. You will implement our curriculum in a way that respects each child's unique needs and create a safe, nurturing environment for learning and growth.

You will partner with parents to support children's development, collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals, and cultivate positive relationships with families and community

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to meet each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Engage and partner with parents to support children's development.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
