Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a dedicated Teacher to join our team, delivering high-quality early education and care. You will lead classrooms, mentor colleagues, and implement our curriculum to support each child’s growth and safety.

You’ll collaborate with families and center leadership to drive enrollment and engagement while upholding licensing and program standards across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, and the ability to multi-task.
• Active CDA Credential or eligible for NAEYC candidacy.
• State trainer certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; model behaviours and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
