KinderCare Education is seeking dedicated teachers to lead, mentor, and support early learners in our on-site classrooms. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and build strong connections with families to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and multi-tasking ability.
• Active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, speak English to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts.
