Job summary

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills required.
• CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy required or in progress.
• State trainer certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of early childhood education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education preferred.
• Must meet state qualifications or be willing to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and engage with children.
• English reading, writing, speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for learning and play.
• Partner with parents to ensure best care and education for children.
• Support center success and work with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
