The Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) is seeking a Dance Education Teacher to plan and provide engaging learning experiences for all students. You will develop, differentiate, and implement instructional plans based on the HCPSS curriculum to meet diverse learner needs.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and Maryland licensure in Dance Education. Preferred candidates have three years of teaching experience and hold a current Maryland license in Dance Education.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in dance education or related field.
• Maryland licensure for Dance Education is required.
• Experience teaching dance in a school setting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement dance instruction aligned to HCPSS curriculum.
• Prepare and document lesson plans for classes assigned.
• Create an instructional environment conducive to students' development.
• Guide learning toward curriculum goals.
