Tutu School Carlsbad is seeking a passionate Ballet Teacher to join our welcoming studio. You will teach students across ages and skill levels, fostering technique and creativity in a fun, nurturing environment.

You will design engaging lesson plans, provide constructive feedback, organize recitals, and collaborate with fellow instructors while maintaining a safe, encouraging classroom and clear communication with parents.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as ballet teacher or dancer with strong ballet background.
• Formal ballet training from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages.
• Patience and adaptability in teaching methods.

Responsibilities

• Teach ballet classes to students of various ages and skill levels.
