Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to deliver high-quality early childhood education at our centers. The role focuses on implementing the curriculum, fostering a safe, engaging classroom, and partnering with families for the best outcomes.

You will work with children, ensuring developmentally appropriate activities, safety, and positive behavior support while collaborating with staff, leaders, and the community to drive enrollment and excellence.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Connect with parents to share a common goal for their children’s education.
• Support center success by working with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and community partners.
