Responsibilities

• Promotion and teaching of 4-H after-school activities and curriculum.
• Encourage participants to complete academic activities.
• Monitor program participants under supervision.
• Be a supportive and positive role model to participants.
• Assist with monthly mentee/mentor meetings and activities.
• Collaborate with the Program Coordinator and Educators to deliver programming.
• Utilize mass media and social media for program delivery.
• Promote 4-H programs within diverse communities.
