Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience preferred, especially at youth or middle-school level.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and foster a supportive, encouraging team culture.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to modeling integrity, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.
• Ability to supervise students and maintain a safe environment.
• Must pass all required background checks.
