• Strong knowledge of cheerleading fundamentals and safety.
• Excellent communication with students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Professional Performance: deliver high-quality coaching and mentoring.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with staff and administrators to support the athletics program.
• Engage positively with parents and community representatives.
• Maintain timely and accurate records and reports.
• Demonstrate proficiency in standard English, both spoken and written.
• Take responsibility for materials, equipment, and facilities.
• Create a safe, organized environment for student-athletes.
• Interpersonal relations: foster positive interactions among student-athletes and staff.
• Plan and employ varied coaching techniques and activities to develop student-athletes.
• Monitor student progress and communicate updates to appropriate persons.
