• Active and current Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• Comfortable in growth‑focused coaching with observations, debriefs, action planning, and progress monitoring
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Able to supervise students in different school settings
• Pass federal and state criminal background checks
• Experience in urban environment

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans and adapt during the school year
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all students
• Maintain records of students’ progress
• Utilize research-based best practices in daily planning and classroom instruction
• Manage student behavior in the classroom
• Create a positive classroom environment for students to learn in
• Utilize curricula reflecting diverse backgrounds of students
• Implement school-wide culture expectations and norms
• Communicate with families regarding academic and social-emotional growth
• Incorporate technology into daily classroom practice
• Plan and participate in non-instructional activities as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues
• Perform other duties as assigned
