The starting salary for certified teachers begins at $70,000 in this regular full-time role, with a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, 403b match, 25+ holidays, family leave, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Valid Professional Educator License with the Illinois State Board of Education or enrollment in a Teacher Certification program within 30 days of employment.
• Content Area Endorsement required; ability to review and analyze student and campus data from multiple sources; proficient with cloud-based software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver grade-appropriate Math/Science instruction aligned to standards.
• Use frequent checks for understanding and assessments to guide instruction and address gaps.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming classroom culture that supports belonging and equitable learning.
• Communicate progress with students and families and participate in required professional development.
