The role requires a Texas teaching certificate, a bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain ESL certification if needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Master's degree preferred.
Valid Texas teaching certificate with endorsements or training for the subject and level assigned.
ESL certification preferred or ability to obtain ESL certification within one year of hire.

Responsabilités

Implement lesson plans aligned with the district's curriculum, with written preparation.
Deliver engaging instruction using varied strategies and materials that address diverse learning styles.
Integrate technology into instruction to enhance student learning.
Assess student learning styles and tailor activities for impact.
Collaborate with special education teachers to modify curricula and provide accommodations for IEPs.
Work with colleagues to set instructional goals and methods aligned with district expectations.
Supervise instructional aides and volunteers to support learning objectives.
