Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning & Delivery: Create and teach engaging daily lessons aligned with state standards
• Classroom Management: Establish positive behavioral rules and maintain a safe, orderly, and inclusive environment
• Student Assessment: Grade assignments, administer standardized tests, monitor progress, adapt instruction for diverse learners
• Parent Communication: Regularly update families on academic performance, behavioral growth, and classroom activities; collaborate with parents, faculty, and administration
