Stepping Stone School in Round Rock/Pflugerville area seeks an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to foster growth and curiosity in young learners. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to a nurturing, research-based curriculum and family engagement.

Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate lessons, maintaining a safe classroom, and communicating with families. Requirements include a high school diploma; ECE degree preferred; CPR/First Aid a bonus; background checks required.

Formación

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous experience in preschool or childcare setting is desirable.
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Background checks and state licensing requirements must be met; First Aid/CPR is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create a positive classroom environment supporting social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Foster a love for learning through interactive, hands-on experiences.
• Maintain a safe, clean learning space and supervise children closely.
