Qualifications

• Citizenship, residency or work visa required

Responsibilities

• Attend all-athletic department staff meetings
• Verify physicals/clearance forms before participation
• Collaboratively work with the girls head track coach to oversee the total program
• Coordinate with Athletic Director for transfer forms and eligibility
• Submit rosters when practice begins for eligibility
• Report results of competitions to athletic office
• Obtain purchase order numbers before ordering items
• Learn and abide by MHSAA and HPS policies
• Review weekly facility reports for accuracy
• Work with athletic office to submit transportation requests in FMX
• Schedule facilities with the Athletic Director
• Meet with Athletic Director to evaluate season
• Collaborate with varsity coaches for program alignment
• Obtain necessary medical certifications (CPR, AED, First Aid, etc.)
• Complete end of season summary for athletic office
• Submit required documents to the Athletic Director
• OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
