Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a qualified teacher to deliver LifeWise Bible-based instruction to grades 6-12. The ideal candidate will actively participate in a local church, demonstrate strong communication, and model a caring, committed approach in the classroom.

Responsibilities include completing the teacher certification within 30 days, delivering LifeWise curriculum, maintaining attendance records, and engaging with the community through LifeWise events and communications.

Qualifications

• Two+ years classroom teaching experience
• Active personal Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Statement of Faith
• Active participation in a local church aligned with LifeWise beliefs

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training
• Teach LifeWise Classes using LifeWise curriculum
• Maintain accurate attendance and class rosters
• Maintain an organized, age-appropriate classroom
• Communicate with program director and school staff
• Promote LifeWise's religious mission in all duties
