Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Paraeducator to provide instructional support under the supervision of a teacher, assist with behavior management, and help with personal care tasks to students with disabilities. Qualifications

• Experience supporting students under teacher supervision.
• Ability to assist with behavior management and personal care.

Responsibilities

• Instructional Support: Offering instructional services to students under the direct supervision of a teacher.
• Behavior Management: Assisting students in maintaining appropriate behavior by implementing behavior intervention plans and de-escalating undesirable behaviors.
• Personal Care: Providing toileting, feeding, and other personal care assistance to students with physical disabilities.
• Ensure that the student is always in a safe and positive environment.
