Responsibilities

• Maintains a classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
• Upholds routines and procedures of the school and classroom.
• Creates a respectful classroom atmosphere and promotes citizenship.
• Follows lesson plans left by the absent teacher and facilitates instruction.
• Instructs assigned classes at designated times and locations.
• Plans activities when lesson plans are incomplete and aligns with grade level.
• Oversees student behavior and implements the teacher's discipline plan.
• Motivates students and uses resources to support learning.
• Demonstrates professionalism and ethical behavior.
• Performs duties assigned by school leadership and supports safety.
