Job summary

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have passed the RBT exam and completed RBT certification.
• Demonstrate passion and patience for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition and school readiness.
• Learn from BCBA supervisors to deliver autism intervention therapy.
• Review plans and materials, ensuring consistent implementation and progress tracking.
• Complete daily progress notes documenting intervention outcomes.
• Support development of functional communication and peer interactions.
