Job summary

Concorde Education, LLC is expanding its network of instructors for current and upcoming independent contractor instructional assignments across partner schools and community locations in the United States.

Positions are part-time, typically 1–4 instructional hours per week, with rolling start dates. Compensation ranges from $50 to $65 per instructional hour, varying by assignment and location. Prior classroom experience not required for every program; diverse backgrounds considered.

Qualifications

• At least 60 completed college credits, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Experience teaching, coaching, tutoring, instructing, mentoring, or leading youth programs.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in schools, camps, community organizations, athletic programs, private instruction, or similar environments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and group-management skills.
• Dependable, organized, and professional work habits.
• Knowledge or experience relevant to enrichment subjects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate enrichment instruction.
• Prepare for sessions using provided curriculum or lesson plans.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage participation and adapt instruction to different ages and abilities.
• Maintain classroom management and student supervision.
• Communicate with designated school personnel and Concorde Education regarding attendance and needs.
• Follow applicable school policies and safety protocols.
• Arrive prepared and on time for all accepted instructional sessions.
