Job summary

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) for the 2026–2027 school year in Illinois. This part-time, in-person role requires 2–3 days per week and focuses on accessible instruction for students with hearing differences.

Responsibilities include delivering tailored instruction, supporting IEP objectives, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote consistent support throughout the school day.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) is required.
• DHH endorsement required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Deaf Education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction based on each student’s needs.
• Coordinate with classroom staff, related services, leadership, and families.
• Monitor progress toward IEP objectives and participate in planning meetings.
• Deliver instruction tailored to individual learning needs and improve accessibility and engagement.
• Maintain communication with families and multidisciplinary team members.
