Job summary

TMI Episcopal in San Antonio seeks a part-time Basketball Boys Assistant Coach to lead and develop the high school program in line with the school's mission. You will plan practices, oversee game-day operations, and foster a culture of excellence and sportsmanship.

The role requires prior head coaching experience, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with faculty and the athletic department. Hudl familiarity is a plus, and a current First Aid/CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior head coaching experience, preferably at the high school and/or club level.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with coaching staff and athletic department.
• Knowledge of Hudl for film breakdown and scouting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the high school basketball program in alignment with school values.
• Plan and oversee practices, drills, and game-day operations.
• Coordinate transportation and supervision of student-athletes.
• Maintain clear communication with athletes, families, and school staff.
